Jonah Hill to get Israel Film Festival's Achievement in Film Award
Jonah Hill is going to be honored using the 2012 IFF Achievement in Film Award in the 26th Honours Gala from the Israel Film Festival, which is held March 15 at Vital Galleries in Hollywood.Yossi Madmoni's "Restoration" will also screen that evening because the festival's opening evening film. The film stars Sasson Gabai being an older guy attempting to keep his antique restoration workshop open and wasnominated for 11 Ophir Israeli Honours, was named best film at Jerusalem Film Festival and won the Screenwriting Prize in the Sundance Film Festival.The festival, which runs through March 29 in the Laemmle Music Hall in Beverly Hillsides and also the Laemmle Fallbrook within the San Fernando Valley, will showcase a lot more than 30 new Israeli films.Hill, nominated for any best supporting actor Academy Award for his operate in "Moneyball," will next be observed in Sony's "21 Jump Street," opening March 16."We're happy to recognition this type of dynamic and multi-faceted talent like Jonah Hill," Festival founder and executive director Meir Fenigstein stated.
